iPhoto, iMovie, Garageband, Cards, and iTunes U for iOS receive updates in the App Store

Apple has released new updates for it’s iOS apps that include iPhoto, iMovie, Garageband, Cards, and iTunes U. The updates are now available for download in the App Store. The updates are downloadable for free, and bring bug fixes and minor improvements to the apps. You can find the change logs for all these updates after the break.

iPhoto

What’s New in Version 1.0.1

• When publishing a journal to iCloud, the URL of the journal can now be copied using a Copy Link button
• Addresses an issue that could cause duplicate photos to appear in Photos view
• Includes stability improvements

iMovie

What’s New in Version 1.3.1

This update improves overall stability and addresses a number of minor issues, including the following:
• Adds the ability to access Help when editing a project on iPad
• Resolves an issue where the incorrect frame was shown after splitting a clip

Included in Version 1.3
• Create beautiful movie trailers with stunning graphics and world-class soundtracks*
• Swipe up on the playhead to freeze a frame in your video
• Preview music and sound effects in the Audio Browser
• Create a song in GarageBand and send it directly to iMovie

What’s New in Version 1.1.1

iTunes U 1.1.1 addresses an issue which may cause it to unexpectedly quit when launched from another app.
