Microsoft has released a new travel app in the App Store just in time for the London Olympics for it’s Bing search engine called Bing Get Me There. The app aims to get you from wherever you are to wherever you want to be with ease. Bing Get Me There app provides turn by turn directions using Bing Maps and even gives users updates about the London tube service. With this app users can plan journeys through different means of transport in London using Bing Maps. The app also allows users to view live departure and status updates for tube stations and tells about nearest stations along with walking directions.

The app has some unique features too, including the flip functionality that allows users to turn their iPhone upside down to get instant revese directions from their previous journey. The app also turns the colour to reflect the tube line users are looking at.

Along with all other features, users can use the app to search the web using Bing search engine. Users can set up favourite journeys and also enable weekend service updates that offer free offline access to tube maps.
