Rovio’s parallel universe game of popular Angry Birds series, Bad Piggies is now available for iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Mac for download. The game features familiar pig characters from Angry Birds game and a style that is somewhat similar to Rovio’s Amazing Alex title. In Bad Piggies game users have to make a plan and execute it rightly to get pigs to the eggs in order to earn stars and qualify to the next stage. They are given a few objects that they can use to build a device that would carry the pig to the eggs. They also have to catch stars on their way to the finish point to earn 3 stars at the end of the game.

After users have created the device using boxes, wheels, fans, air tanks, fan, balloons and other stuff they have to launch it. The work does not end there as users also need to use items they have added to increase or decrease the speed of their device and steer it to some extent according to the terrain.

Bad Piggies by Rovio features 60 levels, 30 additional puzzles that can be unlocked by acquiring free stars, 4 sand box levels, 33 different objects to build the transportation device, and of course free updates.

Bad Piggies for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch is available in the App Store for $0.99. Mac users can grab it for $4.99 here.
