Apple has just released iOS 6.1.1 for iPhone 4S to address the bugs reported by several users. The update has been released for iPhone 4S only and is available over-the-air and as a direct download. If you have an iPhone 4S and want to upgrade then open Settings app then General > Software update. The build number for this release is 10B145.
The update has been reportedly released to address issues faced by European users on 3G network. While Apple has already released the iOS 6.1.1 beta 1 to its developers community for all iOS 6 running devices, the company is only rolling out the new iOS 6.1.1 for iPhone 4S right now.
