Cannot send mail rejected by server error in iPhone 5

I really have not seen this error before anytime and I don’t know why it’s showing up in my iPhone 5 whenever I try to send the mail it just says a copy is saved in the outbox and gives the error as “Mail rejected by server” Why this comes up? Can someone give me the proper explanation to fix this?

    Dear friend,

You can follow this process and thereby you can resolve from this issue:

    1. Firstly, you need to check the outgoing mail server setting and be sure that username and password are there.

    2. Now go to settings and then mail, contact, calendar and then to your email account and tap on outgoing mail server

    3. you have to tap on the server name next to SMTP and you have to check that your username and password are entered correct in the primary server.

This problem you are facing because of :-
    -Improper settings of your mail.
-Outdated version of your mail app.

The solution to your problem is:-
-Clear the cache memory and see whether the issue is resolved or not.
-If not go to the settings of your mail.
-GO to the outgoing mail option.
-Tap beside SMTP and enter the correct username and password in it.
-Restart the iPhone and go to your mail to see whether the problem has been resolved or not.
-If still the problem persists, update the iOS and the mail app to their latest version.

Hope your problem will be solved.
