Clicked images turn pixelated in my iPhone 4S after recent upgrade

After the recent iOS 6.1.2 upgrade, any image clicked through phone camera becomes pixelated. Can you tell me what should I do about it? Can you share what ways that I should follow to make it work properly? Please suggest.

    Dear Friend,
First thing is that you should never Upgrade your Phone Operating System until its highly in need.
Since,Upgrading Changes Phone Settings and Features from Default to New and In Mean while let many of the Settings Unchanged belong to Previous OS,This cause many of the Applications in New Upgraded OS not to work Properly and user face lots of Problems while working with new OS.

Coming to your Problem so the Problem which you are being Facing is not due to OS since Images Quality and its Nature is completely depended on Camera of Phone but not OS.

Now,There is only one Solutions to Roll-Back your OS to Previous Version then follow the below steps:-
    Go in MENU>SETTINGS>GENERAL>RESET>RESET ALL SETTINGS.
I am Sure you will not face that Problem again if its being happened up due to OS.
