    Hello my Dear Friend ...

I think the problem might be Due to the Accessing

So Check the Wi Fi Access Authentication

Also there might be the Mismatch of the NETWORK SETTINGS ..

Try to Check the Devices network configuration ..

    Check the Wi Fi Authentication

Put them in to your Configuration settings .. Try to connect the Device

Go to the Settings option ..

Click on the GENERAL option ..

Select the Reset option .. Click on the Reset Network Settings ..

So now every thing will be set to the Default Position

    Probably it should work now

    GOOD LUCK
