A few days ago i wrote a post in which i asked Apple to add Mountain Lion’s ‘Do Not Disturb’ feature to iOS. In the same post i mentioned that it won’t take long for the jailbreak community to add this super useful feature to iOS devices in the form of a tweak. Well i was right, a new Cydia tweak called DoNotDisturb has become available in Cydia for download. This tweak adds an On/Off toggle button to iOS 5′s notification center. When enabled, DoNotDisturb tweak stops every notification so you won’t see any notification banners or sounds.
DoNotDisturb tweak is very useful when you are doing something important on your iOS device and do not want to be disturbed by annoying notifications from different applications.
Once installed, users will have to add the DoNotDisturb widget to the Notification center by going in to settings.app >Notifications.
DoNotDisturb is available in Cydia for free under ModMyi repo.
