As announced during Today’s WWDC 2012 event, Apple has just released the iOS 6 beta to developers to get their apps ready for the new OS. iOS 6 beta includes all new Maps app replacing Google Maps, Siri for the new iPad, Facebook integration, shared photo stream, improved Safari and Mail apps, a new Passbook app and more. iOS 6 beta is compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPad 2, new iPad (3rd gen.) and iPod touch (4th gen.). Original iPad and iPod touch (3rd gen.) have been dropped from the compatibility list.
