Google updates it’s official Gmail app with new enhancements and bug fixes

Google has released an update to it’s official Gmail client and it is now available for download. This is not the kind of update you would have expected for official Gmail app after Google acquired Sparrow mail app, but it surely brings some nice enhancement to the app. Version 1.3 of Gmail app brings smoother animations and scrolling on iPhone and iPod touch. Another change that this update brings to the app is that now users will be able to save picture attachments to their photos library by tapping and holding on them. Download link can be found after the break.

If you use Gmail on your iOS device then download the free update by going to the App Store. If you don’t have it on your iPhone yet, you can download it free from the link below.
