New Mophie Juice Pack Air for iPhone 5 doubles its battery life

Mophie Juice Pack Air for iPhone 5 has been announced. Just like any other Juice Pack case by the company it provides extra power that significantly boosts the battery timing of the device. The release of  Mophie Juice Pack Air for iPhone 5 is a great news for those who like to use extra case to supercharge their device as it is thin and compliments well with the device’s design. In the past two years, this is indeed the first most prominent update to the Juice Pack line up.

According to the company, the new case will have ability to double the battery life of handset. The most significant feature in the new Juice Pack Air is its thinner look and light weight as compared to its predecessors. It measures thickness of 0.63 inches only. This release is not the first attraction in iPhone 5 case. In the start of year 2013, the company also released Helium Juice Pack. Both products; Air and Helium Juice Pack are very much similar in size, just that Air is little weighty with exact size of 2.60in x 5.54in x 0.63in and 2.68 oz.

However this little addition in size is good in a way that Juice Pack Air has greater battery life than Helium with 1,700mAh. Helium has has a 1,500mAh battery which according to Mophie increases iPhone 5′s battery life up to 80 percent. It is there is three colors including black, white and red.

The external battery cases such as Mophie’s Juice Pack Air for iPhone 5 are a great option for those who run out of battery life all the time. It is pretty useful for travelers as well. On top of that all it provides great protection to the device.
