Less than 48 hrs remain until Apple‘s “Far out” event, where the firm is anticipated to unveil the iPhone 14, Apple Watch, AirPods Pro, and a brand-new Watch Pro geared toward extreme sports enthusiasts. According to Mark Gurman of Bloomberg, Apple has now created unique bands and faces just for the new Apple Watch Pro.
New Bands For Apple Watch Pro
Gurman recently tweeted that a “new collection of bands just for the Apple Watch will be quite versatile and indulge into the extreme sports motif.” In other words, customers who decide to purchase an Apple Watch will gain access to a new selection of watch bands designed just for the device.
Although the actual design of these bands is unknown, Apple may use a strategy similar to that of the watch bands developed in collaboration with Nike. Apple furthermore offers bracelets designed for Hermès models. Gurman previously stated that although worn-out watch bands will function with Pro, they won’t fit perfectly.
The writer also thinks that there will be brand-new faces for the watch created especially for the Pro model that would provide users with voluminous fitness information. If accurate, this wouldn’t be the first incident when Apple created fresh watch faces for a particular Watch model.
Today’s early leak of a CAD rendering showed the probable look of the Apple Watch Pro. The new Apple Watch sports a bigger 47mm casing than the existing versions and a flat screen without curved corners. However, in contrast to earlier speculations, the Apple Watch Pro’s case isn’t flat. One more additional side button was also shown in the drawing.
Gurman claims that this button will be “programmable” so that the user may assign it to perform various tasks, such as launching a certain app, beginning a workout, or performing any other task inside an app. It’s not known if the Digital Crown, which differs significantly from the one on existing Watch models, will enable any software functionality.
