iPhone 15 Will Be Available In New Colors

The standard iPhone 15 and 15 Plus will have a frosted rear finish, exactly like the Pro variants in the current generation, according to a Chinese tipster. As of right now, you can tell if a phone is a Pro or non-Pro model by the finish on the rear.

According to reports, the Pro versions will have a titanium frame with curved glass edges and an extra Action button on the side frame, which should still allow you to distinguish between the various iPhone tiers. New hues are also included in the study. A new cyan and green combination will be available for the standard iPhones; it will mimic the Mint Green option that was available with the iPhone 12.

iPhone 15 Details Leaked

On the other hand, a new dark red color scheme for the 15 Pros is reportedly in the works. The Deep Purple on the current 14th generation may be replaced with this one. The same source also states that a new cyan-green color will be offered for the 15 and 15 Plus. The green hue that Apple provided for the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini is said to be comparable to this.

The iPhone 15 Pro will come in a new “deep red” hue, and the iPhone 15 will come in blue, according to a prior claim from 9to5Mac. Apple may modify the appearance of the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max if it decides to employ a new frosted glass manufacturing technique for the rear glass of the iPhone 15. The “Pro” phones probably employ a glossy coating for the rear glass to contrast the new matte titanium edges, which are rumored to be used on the “Pro” phones. But this is just conjecture.

The same Weibo user who provided accurate information on Apple’s plans to produce the yellow iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus is the source of both of today’s rumors.
