Apple just unveiled a limited-edition version of the AirPods Pro (2nd generation). The special edition includes a Year of the Rabbit etching in honor of the impending Chinese New Year. It will be offered both online and at physical stores operated by Apple in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau.
In case you were unaware, January 22 is the Chinese New Year. According to the Chinese calendar, 2023 will be the Year of the Rabbit.
The wireless charging case of the limited-edition AirPods Pro (2nd generation) will have a specially-designed engraving of a rabbit, as was already stated. The box also has a bigger version of the image printed in red.
Limited Edition AirPods Pro Are On Sale
However, the device’s specs and cost remain the same. Apple had previously revealed a limited edition of the AirPods Pro. Limited-edition first-generation AirPods Pro was released by the Cupertino-based corporation in 2021 for the Year of the Ox and in 2022 for the Year of the Tiger. These variations have been produced by Apple for a while now. Apple released Beats Studio Buds and a special Year of the Tiger edition of the AirPods Pro for 2022.
