The Christmas campaign has started on November 4 and with this, the special return policies for these dates are deployed throughout the world. In the case of Spain, all items purchased physically or in the Apple Store Online between November 4 and January 6, 2023 can be returned until January 20, 2023. As of January 6, returns adhere to the standard policy that also adheres to items purchased through financing for individuals.

However, other countries such as the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom or Australia have a shorter purchase period between November 4 and December 25, being able to return until January 8, 2023. Our case, the one mentioned above, is also found in other countries such as Italy or Japan.
